Nasjonalbiblioteket

The National Library in Oslo has most of the cookbooks and other culinary literature published in Norway. Some of them will be found on BIBSYS, but some of the smaller works are still only in the card catalogues.

Biblioteket på Høgskolen i Akershus, Stabekk

This College was earlier known as Statens Lærerskole i Husstell, State College for Domestic Science. The library has a good collection of works within home economics and domestic science. There is also a rare book collection of old cookbooks. Search via BIBSYS.

Deichmanske Bibliotek

This old private collection, now The Municipal Library in Oslo, has a rich collection of old cookbooks and a few very rare items. Search Deichmanske.

Bergen Offentlige Bibliotek

Bergen Public Library has many of the older cookbooks.
